Google Business Profile

WARNING – Ensure your Google Business Profile isn’t deleted by keeping it up-to-date and informative.

We are urging independent garages to verify and update their business profiles on Google to avoid accidental deletion by Google. Something that only usually happens if a profile has been inactive for some time.

Operations director, George Phillips said: “Whilst it’s quite unusual to hear about this happening to companies; it serves as a timely reminder to keep your garage profile up to date.

“This could include updating it with photos, changes in opening hours, adding new or additional services and general business updates.”

While we look after lots of business profiles for our customers; we always recommend you send any updated images, business updates, or news of special offers to the production team.

George concluded: “Whilst we hear Google couldn’t reinstate that specific profile, it did manage to move all the company’s hard-earned reviews over to a new Google Business Profile.

“We really don’t want this happening to any of our customers. So, we recommend you try to keep on top of your profiles!”
