General Questions
You get a fantastic looking and high performing website that’s proven to generate business. We look after things like hosting and security and you get regular reporting so you can see how effectively your website’s working for you.
If you are an existing client, simply choose your preferred flexible payment option and sign the agreement. We will then build your new site and your existing monthly maintenance and hosting fees will only change when we handover your site so that there is no payment overlap.
If you have a website address you want to continue to use, we will take care of everything, ensuring that your new website is on the address you want. We also offer email services so that everything is taken care of in one place.
We have spent the last 10 years getting to know how garages work and have created a process which allows you to be involved as much or as little as you like. Typically, we only need one hour of your time in total to create you a completely tailored and comprehensive website package.
Website Design, Build & Content
Your package includes a completely bespoke design, populated with proven content, built on a platform designed to perform across all devices. Once it is ready for your approval, we put it live on your chosen web address. We then take care of hosting, security and reporting as part of your monthly Maintenance and Hosting Package.
We capture what you like and what your brand is to your customers in the first instance – and pretty much get it right first time. If we don’t there are two rounds of changes included during the mock-up design phase which ensures we hit the sweet spot.
Our package gives you the flexibility to make changes to your site quickly and simply through our unique Content Management System; whether you want to add images, change a promotion or tell your customers about a new service, we will teach you how.
When you receive your website you get one hour of training, your own training manual and an ever-growing library of ‘How-to’ videos which explain all aspects of the website AND we’re here to support you via phone and email with our dedicated UK-based support team.
We offer a comprehensive car sales facility, featuring car sales carousels, filters for easy searches, a listings page and a detailed car overview page. This option requires a supplementary fee which we will discuss on the call.
Maintenance, Hosting & Reporting
Just like a car, a website needs proper maintenance to ensure it functions properly; so we built our Maintenance and Hosting Package to keep your site working at its best. We ensure updates are all taken care of, as well as hosting and security. What’s more, you get regular reporting so you can see how hard your website’s working for you and quarterly reviews so we can advise and act when it comes to changes to the website.
